Notary Public / Loan Signing Agent
Perform general notary services and loan signing appointments for clients across the Houston metro area. Flexible scheduling with competitive per-signing compensation.
Requirements
- Active Texas Notary Public commission
- NNA Certified Signing Agent preferred
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance
- Strong attention to detail and client communication skills
- Background check required
Independent Courier Contractor
Deliver documents, packages, and time-sensitive materials for our business clients throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Set your own schedule as an independent contractor.
Requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Smartphone for route management and communication
- Professional and punctual with strong customer service
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Seasonal Tax Preparer
Prepare individual and small business tax returns during tax season. Full-time and part-time positions available. Training provided through our All Trades Academy program.
Requirements
- IRS PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required
- Experience with tax preparation software (Drake, TaxSlayer, or similar)
- Knowledge of individual and small business tax law
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
